Of course! CurlyEllie products can work beautifully on straight and wavy hair too. If your hair is fine and straight, the conditioner might feel a little heavy. To help, we suggest using a smaller amount or focusing it on the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.

Our Intense Collection is carefully created for adults with dry, damaged, or super frizzy hair.

if you’re considering it for your little one, to keep things safe and stress-free, we suggest doing a quick patch test first, as the products do include essential oils.

As early as possible. I would start with just the tear free, derma shampoo and nourishing conditioner.

As the hair grows, add more as needed such as the leave in conditioner on dry areas of the scalp and the side the baby sleeps on to stop dryness and shaffing.

• Spritz a few times with the Curl Hydrator with some warm water.
• Divide your hair into 4 or 6 manageable sections fasten with the Scrunchies.
• Take one section at a time and apply a small amount of Protection and Radiance Brightening Hair Oil to each section, use your palm to gently distribute the oil, starting from the tips and working your way up. Fasten hair with scrunchies.
• Head back to the first section you oiled, use the Curly Hydrator to dampen your hair lightly.
• Focusing on the ends and any tangled areas, gently detangle with your fingers, then the Curly Comb.
• Begin at the ends and only move upwards when the lower part is tangle-free.
• Secure the section and repeat on every section.
• Be patient and gentle, working out any knots or tangles without pulling or causing damage!

CurlyEllie is designed as a cohesive collection that balances moisture and protein to keep your hair in tip top condition, both health wise and aesthetically.

However, your curls may not need as many products, or you might find that you use certain combinations for certain looks.

For example, for a more natural just-woke-up-an-rolled-out-of-bed-but-I-look-great-still look, you may find that a spritz of detangling spray is all you need, or detangling spray & some serum.

For those who want or need more hold, perhaps some leave in conditioner and one of our gels!

The collection is very versatile and buildable, where you are able to tailor it to your personal needs.

Wash your hair when it is dirty

• If you have an active lifestyle and regularly swim, you may find that you have to wash more regularly after every swimming session. This is due to the chlorine in the water which can be drying.
• If you regularly exercise and sweat, again, you will need more regular hair washing sessions.
• On the other hand if your hair is not dirty and you have been using very lightweight stylers, you can find that you can stretch your wash days and do it once every 2 - 3 days.
• Our Shampoos have been designed to be used as regularly or sparsely as needed because we use a very gentle cleanser that does not leave your hair squeaky clean but instead, gently moisturises and cleans your hair.

A little goes a long way, we recommend starting with a small amount and building up.

The thicker or longer you hair is you may need to use a little more.

We also recommend emulsifying products on your palms for even distribution on your curls.

That’s a tricky one - curls are so unique and personal.

• Some people love the natural curly look while other like a perfectly defined look.
• I would always encourage you to start off with the mini works and try out the combinations before investing in the large sizes.

Yes! Our Radiance & Protection Brightening Hair Oil helps reduce breakage and split ends by strengthening and smoothing your strands.

Packed with nourishing ingredients like Renewable Tung, Castor and Rapeseed Oils to prevent heat damage and impart a natural gloss to each strand leaving your hair and scalp more resilient.

It helps seal moisture into the hair shaft, protecting against damage, and adds a radiant shine.

Simply apply a few drops to damp or dry hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends, to keep curls soft, hydrated, and resilient.

It’s the perfect solution for healthier, stronger curls! 

•  I would recommend starting with the shampoo and conditioner, so you’re starting with a good, clean base!
• Then I would recommend a combination of the leave in, detangling and/or serum. This may take some playing around with to get the right combo as curls are all so unique!
• If your curls are still not holding with those, I would add a tiny bit of natural hold gel.
• In the morning I would try refreshing with just detangling spray, and also with just water and a dash of serum to see which works better. You don’t need to completely wet the hair, just dampen.
• Overall, I would recommend the Mini Works, as you get a smaller amount of each product to try out to find exactly what works for you!

• I would always recommend the Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner used together and quite regularly.
• For especially dry hair, I would apply our leave in conditioner after washing and conditioning, while still damp.
• Apply to damp/wet hair, brush through and leave it to dry naturally.
• Pay attention and apply more on the ends, as this is the area of your hair that loses moisture more rapidly.
• If you find that your hair is still quite dry, it means that you need more styling. Think of it as layering the products to keep the moisture in. If that is the case try applying some serum or the gel on top of the Leave In Conditioner.
• I always advice experimenting and seeing what you like  - it is usually personal preference (perfectly defined vs. natural looking )

The good news is that we use camelina sativa in our nourishing conditioner because of the high content of Omega 3 which is great for psoriasis and eczema.

Itchy, flaky, scalps skin tends to result from an inflammatory response to something the body believes is an allergen or irritant.

Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation by inhibiting the production of inflammatory substances, such as leukotriene B4, which are known to play a role in eczema.

Step 1: Cleanse and Nourish

Mask up! Try doing a deep conditioning treatment once a week with our Intensive    Treatment Mask for at least 10/15 minutes. Wrap your hair up in a towel or shower cap for maximum moisture absorption! 

 Spray your hair with our Moisturising Detangling Spray for hydration and smooth detangling whilst brushing.  Follow with a small amount of Styling Serum for shine and frizz control.  

Then finish with a Natural Hold Gel for a light, natural hold.  

Scrunch and air dry or diffuse on low heat for defined curls. This routine is quick and easy, especially when it comes to school runs!

Both are amazing and highly recomended.

For extremely dirty hair use our Original Blend Shampoo on dry hair before washing and rinsing.
